David

David Greenberg

Upon graduating from the University of Manitoba Law school in 1966, David returned home to practice in partnership with his father, I H Greenberg Q.C. initially assisting in his real estate practice. He later practiced business law and has continued that area of law with corporation organization, the selling and purchases of businesses, advising on the reorganization of business and succession planning, and including wills and powers of attorney preparation, probate and estate administration.

In earlier years (circa 1970), an avid curler, he reorganized with others the legal structure of the Portage Curling Club which facilitated its relocation to its present location, acting as its lawyer for many years.

In recent years he co-chaired the Portage and Area Beautification initiative committee through the Chamber of Commerce resulting in 7 years of service in the planning and implementation of the project and for which the Committee was awarded its Citizenship of the year award by the Community.

He is the managing partner of the Law firm.
